This is a session where we can talk about anything that will help you in your evolution. We can set goals, develop a plan of how to reduce stress and find stillness, work on physical fitness, learn pranayama or kriya techniques, work on asana practice or talk about Ayurvedic lifestyle advice.
This is a great way to start working together. I can recommend ways that you can step into a transformational personal practice. From here, we can decide if you're wanting to work with me 1:1 or transition into group practices. If you'd like, I can come up with a plan of action and pricing to continue our work together.
This can be a stand alone gift for yourself or someone else, or a way to start a working relationship. I'd love to help coach you into some of the practices that are transforming my life and consciousness.
