Breathwork & Gong Experience Level 2

Service Description

We will practice breathwork to release what no longer serves, creating new pathways for our life's journey. This event will be facilited by Travis Cleveland and Emilie Pomerleau and will include instruction on breathwork, breathwork with gong sound acompaniment and will finish with a gong sound journey to deepen the work we do together. This is Level 2, meaning that it's best for people who have practiced breathwork before, or are comfortable diving in deep! Our evening will conclude with tea and community time. Prepare to dive deep!
