New Moon Yoga & Gong Journey

Service Description

Join us for an evening of Yoga and a Gong Sound Journey as we celebrate the New Moon! We will start with an inclusive yoga practice followed by a brief intermission where we will build a comfortable nest so that we can be as comfortable as possible for the sound journey. The practice will be guided with the intention of preparing the body for the sound journey. The more we can surrender, the deeper the journey will be. This event will begin at 7:30 pm and will conclude with tea and community time around 9:45 pm. Please pre-register and arrive on time so we can honor everyone's commitments:) Please feel free to reach out to us with questions. *If you are unable to join due to financial reasons, please reach out to us for accomodations. Conversely, if you would like to pay ahead for another community member in need, please contact us for that as well.
