Join Emilie and Travis for a vinyasa flow class with gong savasana at Open Studio Yoga on Saturday, August 30th. This 1.5 hour practice is designed to build strength and to offer a deeper awareness of one's own body and energy. We will conclude with a gong savasana. Please reach out if you have any questions!
