Join us for a weekend of all things yoga, intention setting, gong sound immersion and more at our home studio in Crestone, CO. A tentative itinerary is as follows: Friday - Opening Breathwork & Sound Journey Intention Setting Saturday Morning Yoga Practice & Meditation Coffee & Tea time Brunch Vision Boarding / Art Time Afternoon Practice - Himalayan Kriya Kundalini Practice Light Dinner Dance / Movement is Medicine Session Sound Journey for Integration Open studio time for strecthing / community Sunday Morning Yoga Practice & Meditation Coffee & Tea Time Brunch Group Integration Hike Closing *We have limited capacity for guests to stay with us. Please call about pricing on this. There are also several air bnbs in the area and you are welcome to make your own accompdations and you can come and go for the sessions. *This workshop offers 15 hours (11 contact, 4 non-contact) of continuing education for yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance. Meals will be "pot luck" style with us supplying the main staples. The group will have a chance to talk about dietary restrictions and allergies ahead of time so can all plan accordingly.
