Help SCTB Build Trail in Beulah!

One of the most rewarding community activities that I do is volunteering with The Southern Colorado Trail Builders. We are hosting a trail building day in Beulah, CO on Saturday, August 4th. Join in on the fun! Here are the details as described on SCTB's Facebook event:

**Meeting at 7am**

Let's keep our momentum on this awesome new trail!

Spread the word. Your continued support and bringing new people to our events will get this trail built. We've got this, team!

Meet 7am at the south side Pueblo Starbucks at Pueblo blvd and Northern (1875 S Pueblo Blvd 81005). We will caravan/carpool up. Participants can also meet the group at the Mountain Park archery range about 30 minutes after the Starbucks meeting time.

Join us and be part of joining the past and the future! No experience necessary. This new multi-use trail starts at the historic Mountain Park, and skirts its north border. The trail flows through majestic ponderosa pines, rolls along dramatic stone ridges, and weaves through stands of oak. This exciting new route links to the Squirrel Creek trail, creating a new connection to the Davenport Campground...one of the most significant spots in the history of outdoor recreation (betcha didn't know that)!

What to bring:

Items to keep you comfortable (depending on weather)! Shade hat, work gloves, good socks, etc. Sturdy shoes or boots (no open-toed shoes) Pants are strongly recommended gloves glasses sunscreen snacks a good attitude LOTS OF WATER! This event will require walking on rugged terrain and working with hand tools. All ages are welcome, and we still recommend ages 7+.
