I am excited to announce that I will be teaching another Yoga for Athletes workshop at Fountain of Health Yoga Studio on Saturday, September 15th from 2-4 pm! In this workshop I will help you to command your breath, teach you dynamic warm ups, strength-building sequences and how you can use yoga to recover when you over do.
I was initially drawn to yoga when I was 25 years old and I was running a lot and working on my feet 50 hours a week and my body was not so happy with my lifestyle. Yoga helped me to discover how I can recover from and prepare for my athletic endeavors (and so much more!!). I want to share that with you!
